Outstanding Facilities
The Academy facilities are the same as those used by the athletes at Indiana State University. Included are several full-sized fields, a lighted field turf stadium, indoor facilities, and other facilities to insure a week filled with enjoyment. Campers will be housed in air-conditioned campus residence halls where they will enjoy two person suites.

Arrivals/Departures
Residential Academy check in will be from 11 am - 1pm, Saturday, the first day of camp. Check out will be approximately 11:30am on Tuesday, the last day of camp. Day Academy check in will be from 8:30 - 9am on Monday the first day of camp. Daily pick ups will be at 2pm. Evening Academy check in will be from 5:30 - 6pm on Monday the first day of camp. Daily pick ups will be at 8:00pm.

Insurance
Vernon Croft’s Training Academy provides secondary accident/medical insurance. Camper’s personal insurance will be used for primary coverage.

Cancellations
An administrative fee ($75 Residential & Commuter Academies, $30 Day & Evening Academies) will be kept on all cancellations. After May 31st, refunds minus the administrative fee will be given only for medical reasons when accompanied with a letter from your physician. Notification of injury/illness must be documented and on file with the academy, prior to the start of camp, in order to receive a medical refund. For a non-injury/ illness cancellation after May 31st the entire deposit ($125 Residential & Team camps, $30 Day & Evening camps) will be kept.

Quality Supervision
Indiana State University offers the ideal setting for a fun-filled week of camp. Adult staff members will live in the residence hall with the campers. A trainer will be available at all academies. In addition, ISU provides residence hall supervision and campus security.

Commuters
VCTA welcomes commuters to all our Residential Academies. Commuters will participate in all activities included in camp, beginning with registration. A commuter’s day will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at approximately 8:30 p.m. Commuters do not receive lodging or breakfast.
